Tharrison is a New Orleans native, who grew up honing his love for food by cooking for his family. He’s spent the past fifteen years working in restaurants across New Orleans and first corresponded with St. James Cheese Company through our wholesale program. Tharrison joined St. James in 2020, drawn to the close-knit team and the chance to work with and learn about specialty products.
Since then, he has been a source of light and laughter, leading the Downtown back of house team with diligence and an infectious positivity. Tharrison works to highlight seasonal produce and French-New Orleanian cuisine, marrying local flavor profiles with our vast variety of cheeses.
