A Louisiana native, Lindsey has worked in New Orleans’ restaurant and hospitality scene for over two decades, climbing the ranks from waitstaff to management. Her love of specialty food items led her to work first at Whole Foods and then at St. James Cheese Company. Lindsey’s passion for our products is clear, as she always has a recommendation ready for the next best cheese, chocolate, or tinned conserva to try.
Lindsey leads the Downtown front of house with a steady hand, keeping the team calm and focused through the various waves of tourist groups and convention traffic. She’s an avid reader, so if you need a good book to pair with your snacking selection let her know!
