Originally from the North East, Jess has fully immersed herself in Louisiana culture and cuisine. Having climbed the highest peaks of crawfish expertise (leading the award-winning boil team for Clesi’s Catering), Jess has now set her sights on mastering cheese. Jess has been with St. James since 2024, quickly climbing the ranks from front of house, to mongering, to the event team. She now brings her passion for cheese to our newest location in Pass Christian!
Jess approaches every task with warmth and enthusiasm, whether its mongering to customers, maintaining the cheese case, or constructing intricate platters. You’ll always know when she’s in the shop from the blue grass playing on the sound system.
