Every October St. James brings in some very special German cheeses for Oktoberfest at Deutches Haus. This year Melanie Lehman from International Wines and I are excited to bring them to class for you to try. We'll go beyond Riesling and Limburger to share some rarely seen in the US German cheeses and less appreciated German wines.

This class includes a flight of 5 German cheeses with German wine pairings for each cheese

CHEESE SCHOOL POLICIES

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class. We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email justinj@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
