Join Justin and Joelle for a Holiday Platter making class! We will be discussing cheese and meat selections, cheese cutting, meat flower making, plating techniques and how to pair accompaniments. We will break into groups and make platters together to put to practice what we learned. We will then snack together and discuss general philosophies of cheese plates and answer any questions you might have. This is the perfect class if you want to learn how to wow your family and friends this Thanksgiving and Christmas!

This class will feature of discussion and practical hands-on platter making and includes 1 glass of bubbles and 1 glass of wine of your choice from our menu

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class. We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email justinj@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
