Hops is a beer infused cheese from Tulip Tree Creamery in Indiana. Each season they partner with a different craft brewery to infuse their cheese with local beers. This batch is infused with a Black Porter from Centerpoint Brewing Company, adding a malty undertone to the finished cheese. The base cheese has added cream, making the semi-firm texture supple and buttery. Perfect for snacking, or melting over burgers!

Tulip Tree Creamery has been operating in Indianapolis for over a decade. Milk is sourced from neighboring farms (Country Meadows Farm & Ayrshire Farms) outside the city. The herds graze in diverse pastures of grasses, cover crops and other forageables. The diet is supplemented with alfalfa hay and locally grown oats (non-GMO).  The nutritious diet, premium living conditions, and attentive dairy farmers extend the lifespan of the cows. Cows in the Country Meadows and Ayrshire herds live 2 to 3 times longer than the average dairy cow!
