About this item
We are excited to bring in a special guest from Jasper Hill Farm, Richard Walsh, to talk about the legendairy Vermont creamery. We will be tasting 5 Jasper Hill cheeses, paired with wines and beer, and discussing the challenges and rewards of making some of the countries best cheeses. This will be a Thursday night class to accommodate our guests schedule.
This class includes a flight of 5 cheeses with wine or beer pairings for each cheese

Tickets Required:
You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class. We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:
We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email justinj@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
