About this item
America's cheese landscape is a rich and diverse tapestry. From the Green mountains of Vermont to the headwaters of the Mississippi River, the Cumberland Plateau of Tennessee to the North Shore of Lake Pontchartrain, American cheesemakers have created a diverse array of cheeses, balancing tradition and innovation.
Join me in an evening of exploring a variety of American artisan cheeses, tasting through a sharp yet creamy cheddar, an innovative triple cream, a new take a on a European tradition, a local favorite and an award-winning blue.
This class will feature a flight of five cheeses with a wine pairing for each.
