About this item

"What is your favorite cheese?"  is a question that I am asked all the time at the counter.  It's not always an easy or straightforward question to answer in the moment.  So, I invite you to come and try some of the standout cheeses in our case and why I find them so irresistible.  I'll be sampling my top five cheeses with my favorite accoutrements for each.

This class will feature a flight of five cheeses with a food pairing for each.

CHEESE SCHOOL POLICIES

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class.  We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email justinj@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
