O-Med Smoked Olive Pit Infusion

Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, infused with smoke and olive pits. The oil only receives brief contact with the smoke, keeping the flavor balanced and sweet. The oil had light aromatics of burnt sugar and hint of vanilla. Perfect for grilled salmon, or as a robust update to a classic caprese salad. 

O-Med is a dynamic young company based out of Granada, Spain. They control all aspects of their production, from cultivation, to harvest, to bottling. All of their oils are pressed cold with minimal oxygen contact.
