This artisanally produced goat’s milk cheese is aged 55 days and has luscious depth and great acidic balance. Made by Sant gil d'Albio in the Valle de Corb region of Catalonia, Spain, Garrotxa is lightly salted, with a sweet, slightly earthy flavor and smooth, creamy texture. Our wheels are rubbed in olive oil before arriving at your door. Garrotxa is wonderful for any occasion- as an accommodating table cheese or the stand-out star of a summer picnic.
