Their meat comes from family farmers committed to the well-being of their animals and their land. The animals are never given antibiotics, artificial growth hormones, growth-promoting agents or meat by-products, and are raised on pasture or in deeply bedded pens.

Fra Mani Original Salametto is a classic dry salame seasoned simply with garlic and red wine. It has a rich color and full flavor.

Salametto Piccante is a Spanish-style dry chorizo is seasoned with smoked paprika and a hint of cumin.

Fra Mani, from the Bay Area, uses pork raised in the USA with no antibiotics ever and no added hormones.
