Do you like gulf oysters? Do you like cheese? Ever wondered what goes into farming oysters in Louisiana? Join us for a night of oysters and cheese. Justin Trosclair, of Lady Nellie Oyster Farm, will be sharing his experiences of owning an oyster bed in southern Louisiana. We will be enjoying oysters in 5 different preparations, both raw and cooked. There will be a shucking how-to and sacks of oysters will be available for purchase after class from Lady Nellie Farms
This class will not feature alcohol, though you may purchase beer or wine for consumption during class, or bring your own bottle!

Tickets Required:
You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class. We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:
We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email justinj@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
