MAY 14th: War and Cheese: Cheese and Wine

About this item

You’ve heard of War and Peace, but what about war and cheese? Cheese is not immune to the shifting societal landscape, including wartime. We’ll be covering everything from King Louis XIV’s secret dairy war council, to the “government cheese” of World War II.  We’ll be paying homage to cheeses eradicated in the fields and trenches, and cheeses resurrected from the ashes. This one’s for the history buffs!

This class will feature a flight of five cheeses paired with five wines.

CHEESE SCHOOL POLICIES

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class.  We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email molly@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
