APRIL 30th: Find Your Palate: Tools and terms to help you find what you're looking for!

About this item
Artisan wine and cheese are intimidating fields to get into. Even when the wine seller or cheesemonger offers assistance, it can sometimes feel like they're speaking a different language (to be fair there is a lot of French involved). What the heck's a cuvée? What's the difference between a style and varietal? And what qualifies as a "sharp" or "nutty" cheese? Is this "a brie"? Does raw milk make a difference?
This class aims to demystify terminology, to give you better tools to ask for what you want!
This class features a flight of five cheeses with each paired with a wine.
