Top Tier: La Marotte
La Marotte is from the Pyrenees mountains where sheep's milk is king. A smooth and dense cheese with notes of toasted nuts, a hint of lanolin, and an earthy finish. Great for folks who enjoy Manchego, but want to try something new.

Second Tier: Drunken Goat
Drunken Goat, also known as Murcia Al Vino is a wheel of Murciana goat cheese bathed in Monastrell doble pasta wine. The flavor is mild, with a cultured yogurt tang and slight sweetness from the wine. There’s no ‘goatiness’ to speak of, making it a perfect gateway cheese for folks who don’t normally go for goat cheese.

Bottom Tier: Bleu Mont Dairy Cheddar
Bleu Mont Dairy makes killer cheddar! Using only pasture-raised milk, Willi Lehner at Bleu Mont Dairy in Wisconsin ages his Cheddar for between one and two years in a real cave carved in the hillside. He makes a cloth-bound, English style cheddar that boasts nutty and caramel notes with the occasional crystalline crunch, with an earthy finish. This cheddar is a drier, crumbly variation that breaks apart into perfect bite-size pieces when opened.
