
Joelle has been with St. James since 2014, bringing a perfect eye for design. As our longest serving staff member, Joelle has weathered the ups and downs of St. James, from hurricanes to the pandemic, with flexibility and grace. She has served as monger, Downtown front of house manager, and catering manager in her time here.
Joelle is responsible for curating our catering menu, crafting elaborate charcuterie displays, and working with clients to make their cheese dreams a reality. Joelle brings over a decade of mongering experience to the role, making her familiar with the entire St. James cheese and charcuterie portfolio. She uses this to tailor each event to the client’s palate.
Originally from Haiti, Joelle is a polyglot, fluent in Kreyòl, French, and English.
