A Louisiana native (Baton Rouge, but we forgive him), Alan has been with the company for over a decade. During his time at St. James, Alan has worked in every department of the company, mongering to customers, whipping up kitchen specials, and delivering cheese to the four corners of the Greater New Orleans Area.
He now uses his years of experience to lead the Wholesale Team, providing profound cheese help to restaurants all throughout New Orleans. If you’re developing a new menu and need to talk cheese pairing or if you need to source a specialty dairy item, he’s your guy!
