Hometown hero Eric has been working in kitchens since age seventeen. He's managed brunch spots all over town, and joined the St. James krewe in 2018. He keeps a clean, orderly, music-filled kitchen where his team turns out delicious menu items and exciting specials week after week. He's also the maestro of the Parmigiano Reggiano pasta bowl.
Eric is always ready with a joke or a helping hand. Whether it's tackling a last-minute catering order or keeping the generators running during a hurricane to save the shop’s cheeses, he’s our can-do dude. A self-described "movie nerd," Eric is a total media buff.
