Made by the good folks at Nettle Meadow in Warrensburg, NY with the milk and cream from their pasture-raised Jersey cows for a decadent balance of creamy, tangy, and herbaceous flavor. This is a triple cream cheese, but it stands out from the pack with its uniquely fluffy texture and delicate, mushroomy rind. Washed in New Orleans' own Parleaux Beer Lab Shirlee's Holiday Saison, its bready, yeasty flavors make us want to sit down with ..... you guessed it, a nice beer and polish the whole thing off. Approximately .65 lb. in weight.
