This is a triple cream cheese, but it stands out from the pack with its uniquely fluffy texture and delicate, mushroomy rind. Washed in New Orleans' own Parleaux Beer Lab Shirlee's Holiday Saison, its bready, yeasty flavors make us want to sit down with ..... you guessed it, a nice beer and polish the whole thing off.  Approximately .65 lb. in weight.
