Speck Alto Adige IGP is a cured ham, lightly smoked and aged for 6 months made in South Tyrol, a province in northeast Italy known for its snowcapped mountains. Each pork leg is rubbed with a spice mix including salt, pepper, juniper berries and bay leaves before aging and smoking. It has a savory and smoky taste and is a lovely addition to any charcuterie board.
