Top Tier: Snow Camp
Named after one of the first settlements in central North Carolina, Snow Camp is a mixed cow & goat milk bloomy rind cheese that has lush cream-like and butter flavors made by Goat Lady Dairy.

Second Tier: Green Hill
This buttery, silky cheese with a thin bloomy rind from Sweet Grass Dairy is an eight-time winner at the American Cheese Society's Annual Conference.
Third Tier: Dancing Fern
Named for the native ferns that sway and nod at the Sequatchie Cove Farm, Dancing Fern is inspired by the famous raw milk Reblochon cheese of France. Its soft and supple texture and barnyardy aroma, along with notes of cultured butter, shiitake mushroom and walnuts make it a stand out.
Fourth Tier: Thomasville Tomme
