Do you love British cheeses? So do we! Join us as we dive into cheeses from the southern part of the British Isles. We will be tasting through 5 cheeses from southern England and Cornwall with beers to match. From a lost recipe from the 1600's to a blue cheese developed only last year, from runny and stinky to tart and crumbly, we will be exploring beyond Stilton and cheddar to some of the more unusual offerings from cheesemakers in the south of England.

This class will feature a flight of five cheeses with a beer pairing for each.

CHEESE SCHOOL POLICIES

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class. We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email justinj@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
