Naturally cured Provencal Coquillo olives in sea salt brine. For more than half a century, the Arnaud family has been growing and curing olives in the south of France. These Nicoise olives are cured in a natural sea salt brine for several months, which lets the natural, fruity olive flavors come to the forefront.
