Tapenade, delicious olive spread, has a rich history in Provencal cuisine. The word tapeno is the ancient Provencal word for caper. Tapenade combines pureed olives with capers and anchovies. Our Tapenade is made only with the finest extra virgin olive oil, capers, Provencal herbs and perfectly boned anchovies. Spread on buttered crackers or toasts, or with grilled meats or fish. Whisk into sauces, toss with cooked pasta, spoon onto your favorite omelet.
