Arbequina extra virgin olive oil pressed with fresh Yuzu citrus peel. Yuzu is a citrus fruit native to Japan, with a fresh and floral flavor often described as a mix between grapefruit and lime. This is a must have garnish for tuna crudo, grilled vegetables, or chilled noodle salads. 

O-Med is a dynamic young company based out of Granada, Spain. They control all aspects of their production, from cultivation, to harvest, to bottling. All of their oils are pressed cold with minimal oxygen contact.
