Devil's Gulch is a triple cream with a vibrant kick! Made with organic, California milk, Devil's Gulch receives a little kick from the dried chili peppers sprinkled along the rind. Devil's Gulch is named for the narrow ravine carved along the base of Mt. Barnabe in West Marin. 

Cowgirl Creamery is based out of Sonoma County, California. They specialize in organic farming, with a focus on sustainable agriculture. Milk is sourced from neighboring farms and a robust whey composting program prevents approximately 80 tons of CO2 emissions every year.
