Ready to eat with no preparation, this duck foie gras mousse from Rougie in the Dordogne region of France is as delicious as it is impressive to serve. Just slice from the can and served over toast or crusty bread with a sprinkling of good salt.
Instructions: Open can with can opener at both ends. Push mousse up from the bottom end and slice as it comes out of the top of the can.
