Moliterno Al Tarfuto is the truffle bomb of your dreams! This pecorino is made by Central Formaggi, a family owned dairy that has been cheesemaking for four generations. 

Moliterno ages in reed baskets for 4-6 months, imprinting the outside rind with a lovely pattern. The cheese is injected with black truffle paste halfway through aging, giving it a striking marbled appearance. 

While there are many truffled cheeses on the market, Moliterno Al Tarfuto is a cut above the rest. The pecorino base is robust and savory, matching the intensity of the truffle paste without being overpowered. The truffle palate bomb is laced with notes of garlic and olive oil. This is a must have for pasta nights, or can be grated into mashed potatoes for an otherworldly experience.
