Italian flavored liqueurs offer a kaleidoscope of flavors to play with when pairing cheese. While liquor refers to hard alcohol and distilled spirits, liqueurs have been infused with sweeteners, herbs and botanicals to create a decadent beverage. 

Italy has a history of infused beverages that dates back to ancient Rome. Originally used for medicinal purposes, they've since expanded into recreation. Join us as we sample limoncellos, amaros, ammarettos, and more!

This class will feature 5 cheeses paired with 5 liqueurs.

CHEESE SCHOOL POLICIES

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class.  We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email molly@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
