The collection contains:
Parmigiano Reggiano, also called "The King of Cheeses," is produced exclusively in the Italian provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena and parts of the provinces of Mantua and Bologna, AGed for 24-months, it has a distinct sweet flavor and lovely melt in your mouth texture. 7oz. piece

Robiola Bosina Due Latte is a soft, mild Italian cheese, made with a mix of cow and sheep milk cheese. 3/4 lb.

Sliced Prosciutto di Parma - the famous cured ham from Parma, sliced paper thin, is both sweet and salty and silky in texture. 6 slices

Castelvetrano Olives - sweet and slightly salty green olives from Sicily, with hints of citrus and herbs. 10.6 oz jar

Baked Taralli are a donut shaped snack food common all over the southern half of the Italian peninsula, similar in texture and flavor to a breadstick. 1/2 lb. bag
