The wee brie-style of the new world, brought to us by cheese powerhouse: Jasper Hill Farms. The milk is sourced from Jasper Hill's own herd, turned into little wheels at the creamery, and aged in their custom 22,000 square foot cellar. Little Hosmer is named for a pond near the farm, beloved by locals as a swimming and fishing destination. 

Little Hosmer is buttery and mushroomy, the Jasper Hill's signature terroir of roasted corn.

Little Hosmer's miniature size makes it the perfect portion for a date night or a picnic. Serve with figs and grilled peaches, or wrap in puff pastry for a personal size brie-en-croute.
