The Cheeses:

Top Tier: La Peral Blue

A slightly spicy blue cheese, balanced by the rich custard creaminess of the paste, which has undertones of buttermilk.

Cow's Milk


Second Tier: Queso Sudado

This Spanish cheese has a beautiful and pungent orange rind, but don't let that fool you. The creamy white paste is quite gentle on your palate. 

Goat's Milk


Third Tier: Manchego El Trigal

Hailing from the La Mancha region in Spain and aged over a year, this fantastic Manchego is mild, nutty and perfectly complex.

Sheep's Milk


Fourth Tier: Alp Blossom

Beautiful and colorful dried edible flowers & herbs form the rind of this Alpine cheese beefy, nutty and slightly sweet cheese.

Cow's Milk


Bottom Tier: Cabot Clothbound Cheddar
This stunning cheese is a Vermont-born collaboration between the cheese makers of Cabot Creamery and Cellars at Jasper Hill. Their creation is a beautifully balanced sweet, salty, nutty and tangy cheddar with a crumbly texture and the occasional flavor crystal.
