Tinned fish is everywhere these days! Whether it's the viral TikTok Patagonia mussels, or the "Poor Man's Oyster's Rockefeller," people are getting very creative with their shelf stable seafood. Tinned fish is perfect for the summer (a hearty meal without turning on the stove) and busy weeknights (ready in a matter of minutes).

Join us as we dive into what makes artisan tinned seafood a cut above the rest! Justin will be taking you through a flight of five tinned seafoods and even sharing some fun pairing applications!

*Note: This class will feature a variety of seafood that may include finfish, shellfish, and cephalopods.*

Alcohol is not included in the price of this class but wine and beer will be available a la carte. You are also welcome to bring a beverage of choice!

YOU MUST HAVE A PRE-PAID RESERVATION TO ATTEND CHEESE CLASS!!!
We cannot accommodate last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate parties larger than 6. When purchasing tickets, please use the Comments section to list friends with whom you would like to sit.

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for NO SHOWS to the classes. Please email mollyl@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
