Does your child love grilled cheese?  Want to level up their lunch?  Ready to move past the yellow squares of American cheese (food product)?  Come and join Justin and Tharrison for a night of ooey-gooey melty cheese.  We will be exploring 5 different cheeses, through taste, touch and smell, then grilling them up into sandwiches for all to try.  From melty mozzarella to mouth-watering manchego, we will be presenting five kid-friendly, budget-smart, parent-approved cheeses, covering a variety of animal milks, textures and flavors.  We will also present fool-proof techniques for assembly and cooking the sandwiches and discussing pairings and addons to make an ideal grilled cheese sandwich.

This class is limited to children aged 6-13 (and a parent or chaperone)

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Both children and adults purchase a ticket.

CHEESE SCHOOL POLICIES

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class.  We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email justinj@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
