A very creamy triple-cream cows milk cheese with a melting texture, Fleur de Nuits has both a tart and salty flavor with an aroma of mushrooms and a floral, bloomy rind. It is produced in the heart of Burgundy and then aged in the Loire Valley by affineur Rodolphe LeMeuniere. 250 grams.
