Fishwife Brisling sardines are responsibly wild-caught by family-owned boats in the Northeast Atlantic. Sardine fishing happens during the winter months, when their quality is at its peak. The sardines are lightly smoked and packed into tins with Spanish olive oil that's been infused in-house with lemon peel, sea salt and garlic.

Enjoy on toast with butter and tomatoes, on top of a leafy green salad, or mixed into an herby pasta!
