Ready to eat with no preparation, this duck foie gras from Rougie in Quebec is as delicious as it is impressive to serve. Just slice from the can and served over toast or crusty bread with a sprinkling of good salt. 

Instructions: Open can with can opener at both ends. Push foie gras our of the can from the bottom end and slice once it is out of the can.  

This product contains 90% Foie Gras and 2% Truffles.
