Let’s end the year on a tasty note! Piety and Desire Chocolate will be joining us for our much-awaited cheese, chocolate, and bubbles class! Did you know that wine, cheese, and chocolate are all products of microbial fermentation? Not only are all these goodies delicious on their own, they are scientifically pre-destined to pair well together. Join us to see why this is the most highly anticipated class of the year!

This class will feature a delicious flight of 5 cheeses, with a chocolate and sparkling wine pairing for each one. 

Please note the 10th and 17th classes are identical. The lineup will be the same for both.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:

The Piety and Desire bonbons are as creative as they are delightful! Past bonbons have included everything from tree nuts to duck fat to bacon. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know in the notes section of your order, or email us at molly@stjamescheese.com. We are happy to provide appropriate substitutions!

CHEESE SCHOOL POLICIES

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class.  We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email molly@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
