This pasteurized, organic semi-hard cow's milk cheese impresses with its round blue mold aroma and flavor.  It has a washed rind and it's texture is very silky and creamy, precisely due to the addition of additional cream, and develops into a crumbly creamy cheese paste after a while. Made in the Allgäu region of Germany by BIO Schaukäserei Wiggensbach. Blaublüter is a mild blue cheese.
