This is a traditional farmhouse Brie style cheese, handmade at Fen Farm in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. The milk for the cheeses comes from their own grass-fed Montbéliarde cows milk (pasteurized). When one visits the farm and herd (and their adorable Milk Shed), you can see why they produce such amazing cheese.

This gorgeous cheese is very special and is a symphony of complex flavors. The notes and warm and milky, with notes of mushrooms, earth and farmyard, with a nutty rind.
