We source our conservas through A Priori, which prioritizes sustainably caught seafood and family owned and operated canneries. Conservas are perfect for the final weeks of Lent, picnic lunches, and busy weeknight dinners. Join us as we dive into what makes artisan tinned seafood a cut above the rest!

This class includes a flight of five tinned seafoods with a wine pairing for each.

CHEESE SCHOOL POLICIES

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class. We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email molly@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
