BLISS Internal Use Terms

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Purpose and permission to use

St. James Cheese Company provides BLISS for its internal business operations. Authorized employees may use the application for assigned business duties. This permission is limited, nontransferable, and may be withdrawn by the company.

BLISS is not offered for public registration, resale, or use by unrelated businesses.

Accounts and responsibilities

Use your assigned account and protect your password. Do not share credentials, allow unauthorized access, or use business information for personal purposes. Report suspected account misuse or incorrect records to the BLISS administrator.

Beta features

Features marked BETA are under development and may contain errors or change as testing progresses. Users must review customers, products, quantities, prices, tax treatment, and invoice details before exporting records.

QuickBooks Online integration

Only an authorized company administrator may connect BLISS to QuickBooks Online. The integration is intended to retrieve customer and product/service records and create invoices in the company’s QuickBooks Online account.

Creating an invoice changes accounting records. Invoice sending, payments, credits, corrections, and subsequent processing remain subject to the company’s procedures in QuickBooks Online.

Do not repeat an export after an uncertain result without checking whether the invoice was already created.

Availability and changes

BLISS depends on company equipment, network connections, and third-party services. Availability is not guaranteed. The company may update, suspend, or discontinue features or access.

Privacy and third-party services

Use of business information is described in the BLISS Privacy Policy. Intuit and other third-party services remain governed by their own terms.

Support and access removal

Contact the BLISS administrator for support, account changes, or assistance disconnecting QuickBooks Online. General inquiries may be sent to info@stjamescheese.com.
