This collection is a combination of two of the loveliest Italian artisan cheeses and two Italian style cured meats made right here in the U.S.A. With Italian preserves and crackers, apri il vino!

The collection contains:
Parmigiano Reggiano, also called "The King of Cheeses," is produced exclusively in the Italian provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena and parts of the provinces of Mantua and Bologna, Our Parmigiano Reggiano from Giorgio Cravero has a distinct sweet flavor and lovely melt in your mouth texture. 1/2 lb. piece.

Robiola Bosina Due Latte is a soft, mild Italian cheese, made with a mix of cow and sheep milk cheese. 

Sliced Prosciutto di Parma 

Fra Mani Genoa Salami  is made using a traditional Genoan recipe in California.

Casa Forcello Pear Mostards - A delicious preserve with a spicy finish that pairs well with cheese and cured meats. 

Baked Taralli are a donut shaped snack food common all over the southern half of the Italian peninsula, similar in texture and flavor to a breadstick.

THIS SELECTION WILL COME PACKED IN AN INSULATED BOX WITH ICE BRICKS.
