Holiday season is upon us, which means office potlucks, family parties, and friendsgivings.  We've got you covered with easy hors d'oeuvres and cheese pairing ideas that give maximum yumminess with a few simple ingredients. 

We'll be joined by Dré Glass from Once Around the Kitchen.  Once Around The Kitchen produces small batch preserves and provisions using locally sourced produce from small farmers in Louisiana. Jams, pickles, preserves, and hot sauces, you name it! 

This class will feature a flight of 5 cheeses with locally made pickles and preserves. 

This class is alcohol optional. Wine and beer will be available a la carte.

CHEESE SCHOOL POLICIES

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class.  We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email molly@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
