Get ready for Mardi Gras Day with a bit of dairy debauchery at St. James!

Are you team Randazzo? A hardcore Haydel's fan? Or is a trek out to New Orleans east worth it for that sweet sweet Dong Phuong? We’ll be pitting the local favorites against one another to see which cake is king of kings. Join us for a deep dive into King Cake lore, featuring local expert Matthew Haines.

Five cakes will be paired with five scrumptious cheeses. And to make Bacchus proud we can’t leave out the wine!

(Unfortunately due to the nature of this class we will not be able to accommodate gluten free options. Please let us know if you are a vegetarian, as one of the kings cakes may be savory.)

Tickets Required:

You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class. We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:

We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email molly@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
