About this item
Italy is one of the cheese giants of Europe for good reason! It has some of the widest varieties of cheese styles due to its varied climates. From the Alpine cow's milk cheeses of Val D'Aosta, to the soft ripened robiolas of Piedmont, to the sheep milk Mecca of Sardinia.
Join us as we explore how pecorino built the Roman Empire, how cheese traditions blend along Italy's northern border, and how cheesemakers put themselves through physical pain to hand pull mozzarella.
This class will feature a flight of five cheeses with a wine pairing for each.

Tickets Required:
You must have a pre-paid ticket to attend cheese class. We do not accept last minute additions and walk-ins, as we plan seating and food and beverage amounts according to our reservation numbers.

Cancellation:
We have a 2- hour cancellation policy for reservations to receive a refund. We will not issue refunds or credits for ticket purchases for no shows to the classes. Please email molly@stjamescheese.com with any questions.
