Pierce Point is an homage to late spring on the Northern California Coast. Pierce Point is named for a ranch on the Point Reyes National Seashore. It is a triple cream bloomy rind style, dusted with a layer of calendula blossom and dried basil. 

Cowgirl Creamery is based out of Sonoma County, California. They specialize in organic farming, with a focus on sustainable agriculture. Milk is sourced from neighboring farms and a robust whey composting program prevents approximately 80 tons of CO2 emissions every year.
