A large version of our most popular salads. Please note: all toppings will be served on the side so your guests can pick and choose their preferences

Parmigiano Reggiano Big Salad - Mixed greens, artichoke hearts, black Provencal olives, walnuts, soppresata salami, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Dijon vinaigrette. 

Manchego Big Salad - Arugula, grated Manchego cheese, sliced pears and sliced almonds with quince vinaigrette. 

Cantal Big Salad - Mixed greens, julienned picnic ham, grated French Cantal cheese, sliced apples, walnuts and Dijon vinaigrette. 

Order Early! 24-hr notice required. 

During the holidays and certain local events such as college graduations, we receive a very large volume of catering orders. In such cases, we may have to cap the number of orders a few days ahead due to staff limitations. We recommend placing your catering orders as early as possible.
