Cree, lovingly known as “Mama” to staff is our boots-on-the-ground, power tool wielding organizer of all things cheese. She runs a tight ship, ensuring that the floor runs safely and smoothly, and provides consistent service to our customers. From fine tuning our online presence, to wrangling and educating staff, to renovating our retail space, and competing against the nation's finest cheese mongers, there's nothing this lady can't do.
Cree was born in the bosom of America's Heartland. Her passion for food and agriculture started at a young age, raising goats and other livestock in small-town Ohio. She has over a decade and a half of restaurant service and management.
